you live much to close to me for me to feel comfortable with anyone messing with you.
TOTALLY buy something nice... absolutely... why is there ANY question about that? And get some really expensive, really dark chocolate, too.
So, what's the equivalent of a $1700 catalytic converter?I'll be your (belated) Valentine--and I won't buy you something mediocre and ask you to put out either.
Hmmmm. I would not mess with you my lovely. I have an award for you. Because you are beautiful. And if you have to buy yourself something, make it expensive, ok?
I LOVE you. The Anchorman quote???Oh God. I LOVE you!!!!And I voted for the first option like most others did. :)
how long have you been married? is this the first VDay he did not do anything for you or were you expecting this?go get yourself a little something nice...and charge it to him.
You take his credit card and get yourself an expensive new purse, or watch, or boots-hell get yourself all three girl! He's been a bad, bad boy and must be punished!
Ah yes! Definitely go with the majority on this. A nice trip to Hawaii is in order, if you ask me. ;-)
Did he read your post yesterday? Because if he did and you still got nothin' - I think you need to go on a very large shopping spree.
i hear trips to wales are going cheap.i'm just sayin'. we got beaches... and castles!
Nothing at all?I say kick his ass.Hard.
I say buy yourself a big box of expensive chocolate. That is what I do from time to time. Since I don't have an income myself it is apparently his money, so I just give him credit for it. I say stuff like, "hey, you bought me a big box of chocolate today!" He did buy me chocolates for V Day though, so that was nice. And a card, which was nice too. He is not the biggest romantic, but I have been a pill lately, and I think he is trying to cheer me up. Nice dude.Maybe you should try being a pill?I hope you V Day went well!!!
Time to build a bridge to the 21st century there, girl.
Cami--afraid I'll snap? Understandable. I'm on the edge!Marianne--I like the way you think!Lovey--aw, thanks! At least someone still loves me.Jo--thanks for the lovely award, my dear! That almost makes up for my V-Day. Almost.Maria--I love you, too! It's just a regular lovefest today!Vasquez--we've been married nearly seven years, and this is the first time he's neglected his Valentine's duty. Which normally wouldn't be that big of a deal, except for the reason why (in yesterday's post).Jill--you're absolutely right! I'm on it!Groovy--right on! That sounds awfully nice right about now.Rima--no, he didn't. But I still think I need to go on a large shopping spree.Sybil--oh yeah!Holly--man, I would love to take a trip to Wales. But it's not cheap. You are fibbing, fibber monkey.Lilac--will money fall out?R--I like your idea, except instead of chocolate, how about some diamonds? Will I get diamonds if I'm a pill?M@--I can tell you're a man.
Vday doesn't really matter - says I who would castrate my husband if he forgot! But, true romance is being with a kind, caring and funny man who cherishes you the other 364 days. Hope he got you something nice and isn't nursing sore bollocks in hospital now!
Hey, I voted to get yourself something nice, but you could kill two birds with one stone and get a nice set of Ginzu knives and do that lovely vasectomy while you are at it. I'd give you an alibi cause that's how I roll.
A big, EXPENSIVE shopping spree is called for. And I think you should withold all 'niceties' until you have an agreement that this kind of unacceptable behaviour will NEVER recurr.Mya x
*sigh* These unromantic men. But mine DID pick the boys up from school and spent the afternoon doing man stuff with them. I am grateful for small things! What I quiet house I had on VD! I went shopping for myself, and haven't been able to find the perfect shoes yet. I will though!
buy yourself something NICE.
